Today is World Smile Day, which falls out on the first Friday in October. It's a day that not only celebrates the popular yellow smiley face, but one that is dedicated to smiling and performing acts of kindness. How befitting that this year, that it also happens to be the eve of Yom Kippur, a day of atonement and asking for forgiveness. So today, let's all try to bring as many smiles and acts of kindness into the world - and while we're at it, many hugs too! =0)
