Zombie Phone Hug!

In honor of Halloween, I drew the scariest thing I could think of - a Zombie phone! Because there's nothing I fear more than the entire human species becoming permanent zombies to their phone. So here's a phone zombie for everyone who knows one who is addicted to their phones or knows somebody who is! (And my goal for today is to use my phone as little as possible!)

Last night I had the privilege to see my third taping of one of my favorite TV shows, The Big Bang Theory. I'd like to dedicate today's Sheldon/Amy (aka Shamy) hug to two people - one, Michael Bodinger, who had requested a Sheldon hug. And two, to my dear friend/bridesmaid/"sister" for life Malkie Brandler, my brave friend who had a heart transplant a few months ago and is now celebrating her new health by visiting me out in L.A. and getting to do fun things we'd always talked about, like getting to see The Big Bang Theory being taped. Thanks for being an inspiration to all of us, Malkie! <3

Sun Hug!

October 8th is the first night of the holiday of Sukkot. Here's a Lulav and Esrog hug for anyone celebrating!

World Smile Day Hug!

Today is World Smile Day, which falls out on the first Friday in October. It's a day that not only celebrates the popular yellow smiley face, but one that is dedicated to smiling and performing acts of kindness. How befitting that this year, that it also happens to be the eve of Yom Kippur, a day of atonement and asking for forgiveness. So today, let's all try to bring as many smiles and acts of kindness into the world - and while we're at it, many hugs too! =0)
